Recreational Therapists are not your traditional therapists. We're stubborn and pro-active. We embrace the struggle of ambiguous change and work to find a way to make positive changes in your life. We play a lot with perceived ability and limitations, both physically and mentally. We are Recreational Therapists. We are ready to make a difference in your life.

Recreational Therapy services are available to support you in independently enjoying all aspects of life. Our Recreation Therapists develop treatment plans and interventions to support individuals with developmental, behavioral or cognitive disorders, which impact their ability to function in the community. Interventions include: intentional play, community outings, leisure values clarification, and recreational activity.  

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

A CTRS is a nationally accredited healthcare provider who provides therapy to individuals living with a wide range of disabilities or limiting conditions. In practice, we are creative, engaging, intuitive, focusing on the whole person and the life factors involved with our clients. We're here to serve our clients independently or as a member of a treatment team.
