Private Pay with fully licensed clinician:

Individual Session- $135
Private Pay with limited licensed clinician:
Intake- $125

Accepted Insurance Plans
At this time, we do not accept insurance for Professional Counseling.
Each month, we can provide clients with a ‘Super Bill’ which is a detailed receipt of services along with the confirmation that you have paid for counseling services. This ‘Superbill’ can be sent to your insurance company for fee reimbursement; pending your insurance policy regarding out-of-network providers for counseling services.
Payment is due at the time of service and we accept: Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa, Cash, Check, Discover etc.
We expect to be accepting the following insurance payers for Spring 2024:

Recreational Therapy - Private Pay
Private Pay for CTRS services:
Intake- $115

Medicaid Waiver Programs:
Northern Lakes Community Mental Health - Provider Contract: Complete.
GTN Recreation Therapists are able to provide CTRS services through the Children’s and SED Waivers, in the following counties: Crawford, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon, and Wexford.
Central Michigan Community Mental Health - Provider Contract: Currently in the Applications Stage.
GTN Recreation Therapists will be able to provide CTRS services through the Children’s and SED Waivers, in the following counties: Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Mecosta, Osceola, and Midland.
North Country Community Mental Health - Provider Contract: - Pre-Application Stage
GTN Recreation Therapists will be able to provide CTRS services through the Children’s and SED Waivers, in the following counties: Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Kalkaska, and Otsego.
Throughout 2023, Grounded Therapy Network LLC will be connecting with CMH wraparound teams throughout central and northern Michigan to provide recreational therapy services. Click here for more information on Michigan’s SEDW Program.
